Zusammenfassung

VAROPreem is seeking an IT Business Analyst & Project Manager to support refinery operations across Switzerland and Sweden. You will bridge IT and industrial automation, driving multiple IT initiatives to ensure safe, efficient, and interruption-free refinery performance.

You will lead cross-functional teams, optimize resources, and collaborate with IT and operations leadership to deliver scalable, cohesive solutions across VARO sites.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in IT or Applied Science or equivalent.
• 7+ years of IT consulting experience in an industrial environment.
• Fluent in French and English with strong communication skills.
• Expertise in Industrial Automation (DCS/SCADA) and ISA-95.
• Experience with CMMS/Enterprise Asset Management, Workflow Automation, Asset Reliability, and Turnaround planning/management.
• Strong understanding of IT software, networks, infrastructure, and programming concepts.
• Willingness to travel to locations and to perform on-call support.

Aufgaben

• Drive end-to-end project delivery by analyzing scope and requirements into actionable solutions.
• Serve as strategic connector between refinery operations, IT teams, and senior leadership.
• Lead diverse project teams and maintain momentum across multiple initiatives.
• Optimize resources and budgets to deliver on schedule and within financial targets.
• Collaborate with IT across VARO's European locations including Business Solutions, Architecture, Infrastructure Management, and Service Desk.
• Oversee refinery applications lifecycle, including operations, enhancements, licensing, and vendor relations.
