Job summary

Bestag Vermittlung AG in Switzerland is seeking an independent real estate consultant who guides clients through the consulting process, from initial assessment to closing mandates. You will analyze properties, value situations, compare agents, and support clients through every step while building trust in person, over video, and by phone.

You'll work with our support team and seasoned consultants, developing consulting and new client acquisition skills, with excellent German as a requirement

Qualifications

• Direct client contact experience preferred.
• Professional, warm, persuasive communication across channels.
• Ability to analyze complex situations and explain clearly.
• Independent, structured work style with ownership mindset.
• Strong service orientation with commercial sense.
• Experience in consulting, sales, customer success, banking, insurance, or real estate is a plus.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems.
• Excellent command of German; French or English a plus.
• Real estate experience welcome but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Support and advise clients who have signed on throughout their property sale.
• Analyze property, personal situation, and owners’ goals.
• Prepare property valuations and discuss results clearly with clients.
• Identify and compare suitable local agents and coordinate selection.
• Conduct structured agent comparisons with clients and assist in decision-making.
• Ensure clients know current status and next steps in the process.
• Engage with potential new clients and, with experience, handle closing mandates.
• Collaborate with internal support and consultants to improve processes.
