• Participates in studies and examinations related to radio frequency spectrum usage.
• Analyzes data in frequency assignment notices and regulatory/technical examinations.
• Formulates findings and recommendations; reviews the Master International Frequency Register (MIFR).
• Participates in software development requirements for satellite network filings and related tools.
• Prepares for World Radiocommunication Conferences and Radiocommunication Assemblies; contributes to BR seminars.
