Qualifikationen

• Experience in a hospitality, retail, or similar customer-facing role.
• Strong communication skills in German (spoken and written).
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Well-groomed, professional appearance and confident demeanor.

Aufgaben

• Create a welcoming and energetic atmosphere for guests.
• Guide and support guests through simulator sessions for all experience levels.
• Ensure seamless lounge operations and outstanding guest experiences at all times.
• Handle bookings and guest inquiries via phone, email, and our app.
• Proactively support local customer acquisition and event outreach.
• Support the execution of Racing Unleashed challenges and local events.
• Help set up and dismantle simulators for external activations and roadshows.
