Job summary

IBSA Group in Switzerland is seeking a Project Management Specialist to plan, coordinate, monitor and support strategic and operational projects within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

The role requires leading cross-functional initiatives across multiple functions, ensuring objectives, timelines, budget and regulatory requirements are met, while promoting standardized PM methodologies and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant scientific field.
• PM certification (PMP®, PRINCE2®, IPMA or equivalent) is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage medium- to high-complexity cross-functional projects.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, and resources.
• Monitor progress against timelines, budget, scope, and quality objectives.
• Support governance activities, Steering Committee meetings, and reporting.
• Foster coordination across key business functions and improve processes.
