Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance or quality system management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in supervising or leading a team.
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience with ISO 9001 and/or IATF 16949 standards.
• Certified Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor qualification is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, PPAP, APQP).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the QMS in accordance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949 (if applicable), and other relevant standards.
• Manage internal and external audit programs, including scheduling, execution, reporting, and follow-up on corrective actions.
• Ensure timely and effective resolution of quality issues through the CAPA process, driving root cause analysis and verification of effectiveness.
• Develop and deliver training programs on QMS procedures, tools, and quality principles to manufacturing and support teams.
• Monitor and report on key quality performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and supply chain, to integrate quality requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
• Manage and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and records, ensuring they are current and accessible.
• Participate in new product introduction (NPI) processes, ensuring quality gates are met and potential risks are mitigated.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Represent the company during customer and third-party quality audits.
