ALSTOM Gruppe in Zurich is seeking a full-time VIE/Student within the Site Quality team to support quality management activities. You will assist in PQMP preparation, maintain quality dashboards, and contribute to problem-solving initiatives across Engineering, Supplier Quality, Project Management, and Operations.

Qualifikationen

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Engineering, or Data Analytics.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; German is a plus.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, IRIS) is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Power BI, Excel VBA, SharePoint, or similar tools.
• Lean Six Sigma training or academic exposure is appreciated.

Aufgaben

• Support the preparation, update, and monitoring of Project Quality Management Plans (PQMP).
• Assist in coordinating project quality deliverables and action plans.
• Participate in root cause analysis and structured problem-solving using 8D, QRQC, and FMEA.
• Contribute to quality improvement projects to reduce Cost of Non-Quality (CoNQ) and improve operational performance.
• Develop and maintain quality dashboards and performance reports.
• Support NCR processes in service and assist internal quality audits.
