Johnson & Johnson in Zug, Switzerland, is seeking a Sr Digital QS Business Analyst to translate business requirements into QS applications (EtQ, PLM, ComplianceWire) and to support upgrades and acquisitions.

You will engage with MT businesses and Tech Quality teams to drive value, ensure patient safety, compliance, and drive build of global procedures for PLM, Document Management, CAPA and NC.

Remote work may be considered case-by-case; up to 5% travel.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; related fields asset.
• Minimum 4 years in quality, manufacturing, or R&D in regulated industry.
• Strong communication and teamwork essential.
• Experience with NC, CAPA, and change control.

Aufgaben

• Understand business needs and translate into IT solutions.
• Lead deployments for new in-scope systems and upgrades.
• Maintain access management, master data, interfaces, and validation.
• Coordinate data extraction and analytics for compliance and sustainability.
• Develop and execute test scripts for system compliance.
• Travel up to 5% domestically and internationally.
