ETEL, a global leader in motion control components and mechatronic systems, seeks a Quality Engineer H/F for its facility in Môtiers NE. You will manage customer complaints, perform MTBF analyses, drive supplier and process quality improvements, contribute to FMEA and internal audits, and promote quality best practices across teams.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s or Bachelor’s in engineering, with 3+ years in relevant sectors, strong problem-solving, Lean Six Sigma knowledge, and excellent

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanics, electronics, micromechanics, physics or equivalent.
• Experience in development, production or supply chain in semiconductor, automotive, or aeronautics is a plus.
• Proficiency with FMEA, 8D, Seven Quality Tools, etc.
• Knowledge of LEAN Six Sigma, DMAIC, ISO 9001 and international quality standards.
• Strong command of Excel and English communication.

Aufgaben

• Manage customer complaints, corrective actions, and cross-functional resolution.
• Conduct MTBF assessments, defect-rate evaluations, and risk mitigation.
• Ensure material compliance, optimize processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Contribute to FMEA, internal audits, and adherence to quality standards.
• Educate teams on best practices, compliance, and quality methodologies.
