Qualifikationen

• Master degree in control or mechatronics engineering; strong technical foundation.
• At least four years of professional experience in motion control or automation.
• Solid understanding of physical phenomena, such as coupling, vibration, thermo-mechanics.
• Proficient with MATLAB/SIMULINK; knowledge of metrology and optics is an asset.
• Fluent in French; able to write and present reports in English.
• Able to propose multiple technical solutions and assess pros/cons.

• Develop and implement new test benches to ensure quality and performance of production.
• Support troubleshooting of defects/malfunctions and define sustainable corrective actions.
• Ensure processes meet specifications and comply with norms, regulations and internal processes.
• Improve assembly and measurement processes to meet customer expectations at optimum costs.
• Write working instructions for production.
• Align test strategy with R&D road map as part of Manufacturing Technology team.
• Provide training for production.
