You will manage customer complaints and corrective actions, conduct MTBF assessments, ensure material and process quality, and contribute to product development while upholding high quality standards through audits and training across teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanics, electronics, micromechanics, or physics.
• Experience in development, production or supply chain in semiconductor, automotive, or aeronautics is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills (FMEA, 8D, Seven Quality Tools, etc.).
• Knowledge of LEAN Six Sigma, DMAIC, ISO 9001 and international quality standards.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

• Customer Complaints & Corrective Actions – Manage complaint resolution, corrective action reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Reliability & Risk Analysis – Conduct MTBF assessments, defect rate evaluations, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Supplier & Process Quality – Ensure material compliance, optimize processes, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Product Development & Compliance – Contribute to FMEA assessments, internal audits, and adherence to quality standards.
• Training & Knowledge Sharing – Educate teams on best practices, compliance, and quality methodologies.

Your profile

• An initial experience in development, production or supply chain within semiconductor, automotive, or aeronautics industry would be an asset.
• Proficiency in problem-solving methodologies (FMEA, 8D, Seven Quality Tools, etc.).
• Knowledge of LEAN Six Sigma, DMAIC, ISO 9001, and international quality standards.
• Strong command of Excel.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
