Zusammenfassung

ETEL in Neuchâtel/Môtiers region seeks a strategic leader to head Information Systems and Digital Transformation. You will shape the digital roadmap, partner with Executive Management, and ensure secure, efficient services across the organisation.

You will lead Technology Services, Enterprise Applications and Digital Solutions, govern ERP, and drive AI, automation and data initiatives in an international manufacturing environment.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or Business.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience.
• Proven success leading Digital Transformation, Business Technology or Information Systems organisations.
• Experience within an international manufacturing environment.
• Strong expertise in ERP and enterprise business solutions.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex transformation programmes.
• Project & Portfolio Management experience.
• Enterprise Applications (ERP, PLM, CRM, DMS, SAP is a plus).
• Fluent in English.

• Govern ERP and enterprise applications in line with corporate roadmaps and business needs.
• Sponsor AI, automation and data initiatives supporting business performance.
• Lead the PMO and oversee solution architecture and strategic project delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement of digital capabilities across the business.
• Coordinate ETEL’s international IT hubs and act as the primary interface with HEIDENHAIN Group IT.

Your Mission

Reporting directly to Executive Management, you will lead ETEL’s Information Systems and Digital Transformation organisation. As a strategic business partner you will shape and execute the company’s digital roadmap, ensuring that technology, data and business solutions create tangible value while delivering secure, efficient and reliable services. You will work closely with Executive Management, Business Domain Leaders and Corporate IT to accelerate innovation, optimise business processes and support ETEL’s long‑term growth.
