Hexagon AB is seeking a senior role to define and drive a comprehensive testing and quality strategy across multiple teams and products. You will actively contribute to developing test strategies, automation concepts, and quality processes, ensuring seamless integration into CI/CD pipelines.

The role involves introducing modern testing tools, driving quality enablement, and performing performance and security testing to identify risks early and maintain compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Strong expertise in testing methodologies, automation frameworks, CI/CD integration, and quality engineering practices.
• Experiences in performance and security testing, open-source compliance, and structured quality processes.
• Solid software engineering foundation (Clean Code, test automation, Git workflows, tooling).
• Analytical, structured, assertive, and solution‑oriented with excellent communication skills in English.
• Comfortable collaborating across roles and locations, driving quality mindset and continuous improvement.
