IQVIA is seeking a Consultant for the Primary Market Research team in Switzerland, based in Zürich and Rotkreuz. You will manage qualitative market research and competitive intelligence projects for pharmaceutical clients across the DACH region, translating questions into research plans and delivering actionable insights.

The role requires 2–5 years of relevant experience, fluency in German and English, and knowledge of the Swiss pharma market.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in life sciences or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant professional experience in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, healthcare consulting, market research, competitive intelligence, or a related field.
• Business-fluent German and English are required; conversational French is considered an asset
• Knowledge and understanding of the Swiss pharmaceutical market; strong analytical and communication skills

Mansioni

• Lead qualitative market research and competitive intelligence projects end to end for pharmaceutical clients across the DACH region
• Translate client business questions into appropriate research approaches and structured project plans
• Conduct primary research, including interviews with physicians and other healthcare professionals in German and, where appropriate, French
• Complement primary research with targeted secondary research and desk analysis where required
• Analyze and synthesize market, competitor, and stakeholder evidence to identify relevant insights, opportunities, and risks
• Translate complex findings into clear, actionable commercial recommendations and compelling client storylines
• Prepare high-quality reports and presentations and deliver results to client stakeholders
• Own project timelines, deliverables, and day-to-day client interactions across the full project lifecycle
• Manage several projects in parallel while collaborating effectively with colleagues across teams and disciplines
• Contribute to the continuous development of research approaches, client solutions, and team capabilities
