IQVIA is seeking a Consultant to join the Primary Market Research Team in Zürich and Rotkreuz, Switzerland. You will manage qualitative market research and competitive intelligence projects end to end for pharmaceutical clients, translating business questions into research plans and delivering actionable insights.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of relevant experience, fluent German and English, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in life sciences or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant professional experience in pharma, biotech, healthcare consulting, market research or competitive intelligence.
• Business-fluent German and English; conversational French is a plus.
• Knowledge of the Swiss pharmaceutical market; strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; strong time management.

Aufgaben

• Lead qualitative market research and competitive intelligence projects end to end for pharmaceutical clients in the DACH region.
• Translate business questions into research plans and structured project timelines.
• Conduct primary research including physician interviews in German and French where appropriate.
• Synthesize evidence to produce clear commercial recommendations and client storylines.
• Prepare high-quality reports and presentations for client stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently and collaborate across teams.
