IQVIA in Switzerland seeks a Customer Success Manager to lead the adoption, implementation and growth of our Hospital IT software solutions across Switzerland. Acting as the primary customer success lead, you will work closely with healthcare providers, IT stakeholders, delivery teams, and partners to ensure successful deployments, high customer satisfaction, and long-term business growth.

The role combines customer success (50%) and revenue growth/account development (50%), helping customers

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of hospital business processes and HIS.
• Ability to elicit, document and translate requirements to functional specs.
• Experience in customer success, implementation, or consulting in health IT.
• Knowledge of interoperability standards HL7, FHIR, APIs and data integration.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary customer contact after contract signature, ensuring satisfaction and successful adoption.
• Build relationships with clinical, operational, IT, and executive stakeholders.
• Lead onboarding, implementation coordination, training, and go-live activities.
• Proactively manage risks, escalations, and support needs.
• Support renewals and identify opportunities to expand existing relationships.
• Coordinate with global IQVIA teams, partners, and delivery orgs to ensure outcomes.
• Gather and document customer requirements aligned with product roadmap.
