Qualifikationen

• Degree (MSc, with experience or a PhD) in Biochemistry, Biology, Chemistry or life sciences.
• Experience in Quality Control, Analytics, Manufacturing Support, or GMP-regulated environments.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management in cross-functional environments.
• Fluency in English; German is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Serve as QC single point of contact for assigned customer projects.
• Coordinate and drive QC deliverables to support milestones and timelines.
• Bridge laboratories, QA, Production, MSAT and project teams for decisions and execution.
• Manage QC risks, deviations, investigations, CAPAs and change controls per GMP.
• Represent QC during customer interactions, audits, inspections and meetings.
• Provide visibility on priorities, analytical scope, timelines, and costs.
• Ensure customer requirements meet compliance, quality, and business objectives.
• Drive proactive communication and issue resolution to sustain momentum and satisfaction.
• Support continuous improvement of QC processes and operations.
