Lonza is seeking a Senior QA Specialist (m/f/d) MaterialManagement in Visp, Switzerland. You will provide independent QA review and approval for quality-related activities involving raw materials and consumables, ensuring documentation and processes meet internal standards and regulatory requirements.

You will act as QA representative across cross-functional teams and support health authority inspections and audits, while ensuring compliance with SOPs and quality systems.

Qualifikationen

• Academic degree in Life Sciences/ Pharmacy/ Chemistry or related field.
• Proven QA/QC/PM experience in a regulated (GxP) industry.
• Solid knowledge of quality systems (Trackwise).
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP) and master data.
• Strong communication and collaboration across functions.
• Fluent English; German is an advantage.
• Good team player; eager to learn and grow.

Aufgaben

• Act as QA Representative for assigned projects, ensuring Quality oversight of materials used in manufacturing operations.
• Support material qualification activities, including QA Approval of risk assessments, specification reviews, and QC documentation.
• Review and approve material-related quality records, investigations, deviations, CAPAs, and change requests.
• Ensure suppliers are appropriately qualified for the intended use of materials.
• Act as the Quality representative in cross-functional teams, collaborating with Operations, MSAT, Supply Chain, Procurement, Regulatory Affairs, and Quality Control.
• Ensure QA activities are in compliance with SOPs, internal standards, and regulatory expectations.
