Lonza in Visp, Switzerland is seeking a Senior QA Specialist, QA Operations (80-100%). You will support project preparation, execution and close out of campaigns and serve as the QA contact for GMP topics.

In this role you will lead QA activities within cross-functional teams, review quality records, author GMP documents and support audits and regulatory inspections. Fluent English is required; German is advantageous.

Qualifikationen

• Academic degree in Life Sciences (e.g. Chemistry/ Biotechnology or related field).
• Significant work experience in QA within GMP-regulated industry.
• Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
• English language skills required; German is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Represent the QA department in cross-functional project teams and manage interfaces to internal and external stakeholders.
• Assess, review and approve quality records for campaigns (deviations, change controls, CAPAs, investigations, effectiveness checks, extensions) in line with SOPs.
• Author, review and approve GMP-relevant documents and SOPs owned by QA.
• Support and participate in internal and customer audits and regulatory inspections.
