Job summary

Lonza in Visp, Switzerland is seeking an Intern to join the QC HPLC Mammalian team. You will become part of a young, international group and work on engaging projects in the rapidly developing field of Biologics.

You will perform day-to-day QC activities under GxP conditions, document and present data, and assist with equipment maintenance. Good English communication and proactive collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biomedical Sciences, or related field.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in English.
• Self-motivated, proactive thinking and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day QC activities
• Perform laboratory activities under GxP conditions
• Document and present obtained data
• Support maintenance of GxP laboratory equipment
• Support project scientists and team leaders
