Lonza in Visp, Switzerland seeks a Senior Scientist QC Bioanalytics to perform routine QC assays, focusing on ELISA, qPCR and enzyme assays while upholding GMP standards. You will manage IQ/OQ/PQ, ensure data integrity, and liaise with QUS, IT and QA teams to maintain compliant systems.

The role requires a Master or Bachelor in science with hands-on QC instrument experience (SpectraMax, qPCR, ViaCell) and strong English communication.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor/Master in science or equivalent.
• Solid experience with quality control laboratory instruments such as SpectraMax, qPCR and ViaCell.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry in GMP environments is essential.
• Strong knowledge of AIQ and CSV (computer system validation).
• Good grasp of software/IT related to QC and data integrity.
• Fluent English communication, both written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Perform routine QC analyses in bioanalytics with GMP compliance.
• Maintain instrument qualification records (IQ/OQ/PQ) and calibration.
• Validate SMP templates and ensure data integrity (ALCOA+).
• Support data capture, storage, backup and LIMS interfaces.
• Collaborate with QUS, IT, QA and QC teams on systems validation.
• Troubleshoot instrument/software issues and document deviations.
• Assist audits and drive continuous improvement in GMP processes.
