Zusammenfassung

UNION BANCAIRE PRIVÉE, UBP SA seeks a QA Test Manager with execution and coordination capabilities in Geneva. You will define risk-based test strategies, maintain comprehensive test plans, and drive end-to-end testing including onboarding, KYC, payments, and regulatory reporting.

Strong SQL, API validation, and log analysis skills are required, with hands-on experience in JIRA and Xray. Fluency in French and English is essential and German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in banking, ideally Private Banking/Wealth Management.
• Proficient in SQL for data validation and reconciliation.
• Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium).
• Fluent French and English; German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Define and implement risk-based test strategies aligned with scope and regulatory constraints.
• Maintain test plans covering functional, system integration, non-functional, and regression testing.
• Execute end-to-end tests (manual & automated) across banking processes and validate backend with SQL/API/logs.
• Govern QA standards, traceability, and reporting using JIRA/Xray; provide KPI updates.
• Lead defect triage and support UAT with business stakeholders; contribute to release criteria.
