Swisslinx AG is seeking a QA Logistics Specialist to support GMP-compliant incoming material activities, qualification, and release within our quality systems. You will verify materials, coordinate their qualification and release, and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.

The role requires a science background and familiarity with SAP or LIMS, plus strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain GMP compliance and quality standards.

Qualifikationen

• Incoming material checks in line with GMP procedures.
• Coordinate qualification and release of raw materials.
• Physical verification of incoming materials and support release in LIMS.
• Maintain raw material supplier information, SOPs and system data.
• Manage supplier change notifications and quality alerts.
• Handle deviations, CAPAs and change controls.
• Track KPIs related to material qualification and release.
• Identify and escalate quality risks or issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure activities remain compliant with applicable GMP and quality requirements.

As a QA Logistics Specialist, you will support quality activities related to incoming materials and ensure that raw materials used in manufacturing meet the required quality and GMP standards.

You will oversee incoming material verification, material qualification and release activities, while ensuring that all relevant information is accurately maintained within the appropriate quality systems.

Requirements

• Perform incoming material checks in line with established procedures and GMP requirements
• Coordinate the qualification and release of raw materials used in manufacturing
• Carry out physical verification of incoming materials and support their subsequent release in LIMS
• Maintain raw material supplier information, documentation, SOPs and relevant system data
• Manage supplier change notifications and quality alerts related to raw materials
• Handle deviations, change controls and other quality activities within the material management process
• Track and maintain relevant KPIs related to material qualification and release
• Identify and escalate quality risks or issues in a timely manner
• Ensure activities remain compliant with applicable GMP and quality requirements

Competences

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences or a related scientific field
• Good understanding of GMP requirements and pharmaceutical quality systems
• Experience working with quality processes such as deviations, CAPAs and change controls
• Familiarity with SAP and LIMS is highly advantageous
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Fluent English; German would be an advantage
