Qualifications

• 6+ years of biopharma or related experience.
• 3+ years in scientific publications or planning in global matrix.
• Strong knowledge of drug development and clinical data reporting.
• Familiar with publication practices, authorship and disclosure standards.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience applying AI-enabled tools and digital tech in publications.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute publication strategies aligned with medical strategy.
• Lead publication planning and delivery across abstracts, manuscripts, and congresses.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align priorities and timelines.
