Qualifikationen

• Apprenticeship completed in a technical or commercial field.
• Higher education is a plus but not mandatory.

Aufgaben

• Enter purchase orders into ERP systems.
• Track and expedite purchased equipment for timely delivery.
• Provide logistics support incl. shipping and customs clearance.
• Maintain Health and Safety database.
• Assist with general administration and accounting tasks.
• Handle reception duties and mail management.
• Arrange travel (flights, visas).
