Zusammenfassung

Stadler Rail AG in Switzerland seeks a motivated project leader to manage ETCS onboard system integration projects. You will lead the technical and commercial project management across the full lifecycle, from handover by Sales through to the end of the warranty period, ensuring objectives are met on schedule and within budget.

You will coordinate all stakeholders, monitor risks, costs, and profitability, and drive continuous improvement in PM methods.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Engineering.
• Several years of experience in project management.
• Experience with multidisciplinary technical projects (scope, schedule, budget, quality).
• Knowledge of railway standards and regulations is an advantage.
• ETCS onboard systems or railway signaling experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem solving.
• Structured, proactive, results oriented with ownership.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• Fluent in English; German or other languages are an asset.
• Willingness to travel (10-25%).

• Lead, motivate and develop cross functional project teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in PM methodologies, processes and tools.
• Contribute to overall project execution excellence and business performance.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

• University degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or similar).
• Several years of experience in project management, preferably within the railway or transportation industry.
• Experience in managing multidisciplinary technical projects with responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of railway standards and regulations (e.g., TSI CCS, UNISIG) is an advantage.
• Experience with ETCS onboard systems or railway signaling is an advantage.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Structured, proactive, and results-oriented working style with a high level of ownership.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• Fluent in English; German and additional languages are an asset.
• Willingness to travel (10-25%).
