Zusammenfassung

Manpower Switzerland is seeking a dedicated Project Manager for labeling projects in clinical trials. You will plan, coordinate, and manage labeling efforts, aligning information with internal departments and external clients to ensure smooth study start-up.

You will bring 2–3 years of project management experience in regulated industries, with strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and familiarity with MS Office; GMP knowledge is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Completed higher education or university degree, ideally in a scientific or healthcare-related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in project management, preferably in regulated industries (pharma, medtech, supply chain, clinical studies).
• Experience with labels or packaging materials is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and experience managing multiple projects in parallel.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and international clients.

Aufgaben

• Planning, coordination, and management of labeling projects in clinical trials.
• Alignment of all project-relevant information with internal departments and external clients.
• Creation, review, and approval of label specifications, label proofs, and print documentation in internal systems.
• Ensuring complete and well-structured project documentation (filing, tracking, status reports).
• Monitoring project milestones, timelines, capacities, and critical paths.
• Providing regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ensuring the on-time availability of all materials required for study start-up.
• Coordination of shipping activities with internal logistics.
• Recording, processing, and follow-up of deviations in the quality management system.
• Supporting other project managers as well as coaching Associate Project Managers.
• Responsibility for offer reviews and financial project forecasting.
• Application of GMP and quality standards in all relevant areas.

Your Profile:

• Experience working with technical documents such as labels or packaging materials is an advantage
• Strong organizational skills and experience managing multiple projects in parallel
• Strong customer and service orientation combined with a structured and precise working style
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and international clients
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with project management or CRM tools is desirable
• Initial experience in quality management (e.g., deviations, audits, GMP) is an advantage
• Willingness to familiarize yourself with internal systems and take on responsibility in a dynamic environment
