Job summary

Liebherr Machines Bulle SA seeks a proactive engineer to lead production system projects in manufacturing and assembly. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure system maintenance, and drive continuous improvement of industrial performance.

The role requires an engineering degree, programming and SQL experience, and fluency in French with good English; German is a plus. Flexible hours and family-business values shape the workplace in Bulle.

Qualifications

In this capacity, you are the main point of contact for other departments (production, IT, methods, quality, etc.), you manage and support cross-functional project teams, and you ensure the financial follow-up of projects.
• You ensure the configuration, maintenance and technical evolution of the production system. In addition to guaranteeing its daily operation, you actively contribute to its continuous improvement and modernization to optimize industrial performance.
• You develop tools and methods, as well as new production technologies.
• You provide support for the development of system/machine and system/system interfaces.
• You guarantee the quality, consistency and reliability of production data and performance indicators (KPIs).
• You communicate project progress and results to stakeholders.
