PROGRAMME MANAGEMENT OFFICER at OHCHR. Grade: P-4. Location: Geneva, Switzerland. Application deadline: 29 November 2026.

Within delegated authority, the Programme Officer will be responsible for the following duties:

• Develops and implements assigned programmes/projects, etc including organizational change initiatives aligned with OHCHR strategic objectives and UN-wide reform initiatives such as the UN 2.0 Quintet for Change and UN80; monitors and analyzes programme/project development and implementation, including measurable change objectives, monitoring effectiveness, feedback, and lessons learned; reviews relevant documents and reports; identifies problems and issues to be addressed and initiates corrective actions; liaises with relevant parties; ensures follow-up actions, including organizational change workplans and Organizational Effectiveness Action Plans.
