SENIOR PROGRAMME MANAGEMENT OFFICER at OHCHR. Grade: P-5. Location: Geneva, Switzerland. Application deadline: 29 November 2026.

Within delegated authority, the Senior Programme Officer will be responsible for the following duties:

• Takes the lead to develop and implement assigned programmes/projects, etc., including organizational change initiatives aligned with OHCHR's strategic objectives; UN 2.0 and UN80; directs subordinates in programme/project development, implementation, monitoring and assessment; directs review of relevant documents and reports; identifies priorities, problems and issues to be addressed and proposes corrective actions; liaises with relevant parties; identifies and initiates follow-up actions, including the development and follow-up of organizational change workplans and Organizational Effectiveness Action Plans.
