Qualifikationen

• Strong program and research management capabilities, including RFPs, contracting, and cost modelling.
• Competence in survey and measurement design, ensuring methodological soundness and usability.
• Hands-on AI literacy, with the ability to onboard colleagues and maintain governance standards.
• Applied research experience, contributing credible analysis and drafting for research tracks.
• Operational reliability, ensuring continuity of systems, reporting, and cross-workstream coordination.
