• Several years of experience in project management in motorsport or closely related, high-dynamics environments.
• Strong understanding of technical processes in Formula 1 contexts to coordinate projects effectively.
• Solid knowledge of project management methods, time/resource planning, risk management and cost control.
• Experience leading interdisciplinary teams and motivating employees in dynamic settings.
• Business fluency in German or English with willingness to learn the other language.
• High resilience and the ability to deliver high-quality results under pressure.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative, pragmatic solutions.
• Willingness to travel and intercultural competence to operate globally.

Aufgaben

• Project planning and management: plan, implement and control projects within Audi Formula 1 activities; create transparency in development and supply chain processes for the Power Unit.
• Align and set milestones, goals, and timelines to keep projects on track to achieve overall goals.
• Cross-departmental coordination with development teams, logistics, procurement, quality assurance and workshops to optimize development cycles.
• Risk management: identify risks and develop proactive measures to protect project results.
• Reporting: provide regular progress reports to AFR management.
• Continuous process optimization: analyze and improve operations for program management and supply chain efficiency.
• Progress monitoring and evaluation: review progress and adjust strategies as needed.
