Audi Revolut F1 Team seeks a skilled Aerospace/Aerodynamics engineer to monitor and optimize race car performance. You will deliver real-time aero assessments, feedback to track engineers, and post-event analysis to improve correlation and modeling accuracy.

Ideal candidates hold a BSc/MSc/PhD in aero-focused programs, have F1 aero experience, and are fluent in English with German a bonus. This on-site role is based at Hinwil, Switzerland, with travel to events and tests as needed.

Qualifikationen

• BSc, MSc or PhD in Aerospace Engineering or Motorsport with aerodynamics focus.
• Proven F1 aero experience in an aerodynamicist or aero performance role.
• Strong knowledge of aerodynamic measurement techniques.
• Fluent English; German language skills a plus.

Aufgaben

• Live monitoring and real-time assessment of aerodynamic behavior during track sessions (trackside or remote garage).
• Provide feedback and recommendations to track engineering during race events.
• Conduct in-depth post-event aerodynamic performance and correlation analysis.
• Report findings to key stakeholders such as Performance Director and Aero Analytics.
• Advance aerodynamic modeling techniques and software tools.
• Collaborate with Wind Tunnel Methodology group and aero testing teams on strategy and maps.
