The Graduate and Executive Education segment is a dynamic and fast-growing business unit of EHL Hospitality Business School. It has a growing portfolio of diverse offerings including short and open programs, custom programs, training solutions for professionals and organizations as well as the organization of study tours. It is also home to research institutes including the Institute of Customer Experience Management, Institute of Business Creativity, Hospitality Real Estate & Finance Institute, and Institute of Nutrition R&D.

To support the development of the Graduate & Executive Education unit, we are expanding our team and looking for a Program Experience Manager.

As Program Experience Manager, you will design and deliver high-impact learning experiences for executive participants, corporate clients, and international groups. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create engaging educational journeys that combine academic excellence, industry exposure, and hospitality, while ensuring every stage of the participant experience reflects EHL’s standards and meets client objectives.

• Contribute to shaping the future of education within a globally recognized institution.
• Support the delivery and development of innovative graduate and executive education programs in hospitality, service, and human-centric management.
• Contribute to lifelong learning initiatives designed for professionals, organizations, and diverse industry sectors.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure an exceptional learning experience for participants.
• Support the growth and continuous improvement of a dynamic and fast-growing business unit.
• Contribute to the design, coordination, and delivery of training solutions, personalized programs, and study tours.
• Collaborate closely with Executive Education Sales teams to identify opportunities and support client acquisition efforts.
• Participate in proposal development and client presentations wherever needed.
• Help strengthen EHL's position as a trusted educational partner and global reference in hospitality and service management.

Who you are?

• You have at least 5 years of experience in event management, learning experience design, client engagement, immersion programs, or similar roles.
• You have a passion for creating meaningful and memorable participant experiences and the ability to translate business objectives into engaging learning journeys.
• You have the confidence and interpersonal skills required to work with executives, academic faculty, and international stakeholders from diverse cultures and industries.
• You have a creative, curious, detail-oriented, and service-minded approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• You have strong proficiency in MS Office tools, along with solid analytical and data processing skills.
• You are fluent in English and French (C1), additional languages are an asset, notably German.
