Qualifikationen

• Technical degree (ETH/FH) in production sciences or related field.
• Experience in mechanization and automation of production processes.
• Knowledge of high-voltage technology is a plus.
• Experience with quality methods (8D, Ishikawa).
• Proficient German and English (C1).

Aufgaben

• Ensure maximum plant availability through close cooperation with maintenance and suppliers.
• Lead projects to optimize throughput times and reduce quality-related costs.
• Conduct pilot studies to define optimal process parameters.
• Take the lead in commissioning new processes and equipment, including training for maintenance and production teams.
• Evaluate innovative process technologies to improve quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.
• Investigate process deviations and implement corrective measures.
• Contribute to digitalization of production and increasing automation.
• Lead industrialization projects from planning to implementation.
