Vontobel Asset Management, Inc. in Zurich seeks a Product & Sustainability Specialist (80-100%) to drive development of sustainable investment products and solutions across asset classes.

Translate complex sustainability requirements into practical product governance frameworks and collaborate with investment and product teams. You will establish data principles, lead sustainability projects from concept to execution, and advise across asset classes on sustainability integration.

Qualifications

• Strong product expertise in sustainable investing and sustainability-related topics.
• Deep understanding of SFDR, MiFID II, EU Taxonomy, AMAS Self-Regulation and related regulations.
• Analytical and data-oriented mindset with the ability to structure complex topics.
• Collaborative personality with excellent stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence across functions.
• University degree in finance, economics, sustainability or related discipline.
• Affinity for AI and willingness to embrace AI-enabled tools and ways of working.

Responsabilités

What would your role be?

• Drive the development and enhancement of sustainable investment products and solutions.
• Advise product and investment teams on sustainability integration across asset classes and investment styles.
• Translate regulatory requirements into practical product and governance frameworks, structures and documents.
