Join our Global Products & Solutions team in Zurich and help drive the evolution of sustainable investment capabilities across a diverse range of asset classes and business areas

What would your role be?

• Drive the development and enhancement of sustainable investment products and solutions.
• Advise product and investment teams on sustainability integration across asset classes and investment styles.
• Translate regulatory requirements into practical product and governance frameworks, structures and documents.
• Establish and maintain sustainability standards, methodologies, data principles, and governance frameworks, ensuring the effective management and use of sustainability-related data.
• Lead and support sustainability-related projects from concept through implementation and execution.

What are we looking for?

• Strong product expertise in sustainable investing and sustainability-related topics.
• Deep understanding of SFDR, MiFID II, EU Taxonomy, AMAS Self-Regulation and further Sustainability related regulations is a plus.
• Analytical and data-oriented mindset with the ability to structure complex topics effectively.
• Collaborative personality with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence across functions.
• University degree in finance, economics, sustainability or a related discipline.
• Affinity for Artificial Intelligence (AI) and a willingness to embrace AI-enabled tools and ways of working.
