About the Role

We are looking for a strategic andbusiness-oriented Product Owner to lead the evolution and roadmap of our WarehouseManagement System (WMS) built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply ChainManagement (SCM).

This role is pivotal for MSC’s global logisticsoperations, acting as the primary interface between HQ governance stakeholders,local operations teams, and MSC Technology’s project team responsible fordelivery, rollout, and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Defineand maintain a multi-year, outcomes-based product roadmap aligned with HQstrategy and transformation goals.
  • Co-developscope, KPIs, and success criteria with business governance and sitestakeholders; track benefit realization across deployments.
  • Serveas the business-facing representative for the WMS program, managingdecisions, trade-offs, and priorities.
  • Own andmanage the enterprise product backlog, balancing evolution, rollout needs,and support activities.
  • Defineand enforce standards for localization, reuse, and release gates; ensureclear acceptance criteria for all deliverables.
  • Partnerwith architecture and technical leads to align with corporate standardsand vendor reference architectures.
  • Governscope and deliverables from external partners; ensure comprehensivedocumentation and playbooks for internal use.
  • Facilitatecapability building for internal IT teams post-rollout.
  • Leadorganizational change initiatives including training, communications, andadoption metrics.
  • Drivecontinuous improvement cycles based on feedback and performance metrics.
  • Runstructured go/no-go criteria and lead post go-live debriefs and benefittracking.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • ✅ Experience in WMS is an absolute must-have
  • Provenexperience as a Product Owner or similar role in large-scale logisticsplatform implementations.
  • Strongability to convert business requirements into actionable plans and managestakeholder expectations.
  • Expertisein backlog management, value-based prioritization, and end-to-enddelivery.
  • Familiaritywith tier-1 WMS vendors and operating models.
  • Excellentstakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Fluentin English; other languages are a plus.
  • Solidunderstanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM is a strong advantage.
