Responsibilities:

• Drive the generation and analysis of concepts for payment cards products, interfacing with internal teams, technology partners, and end-users
• Own the development of business requirements through design phase, development, pilot and commercialization.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize business cases for new business and product opportunities.
• Develop and keeping up to date product roadmaps, pilot launch plans and business cases throughout the product development process
• Use a data-driven approach to assess market opportunities and to build business cases incorporating accurate representations of future revenues and expense bases.
• Provide insight in the analysis of payment card products through profitability modeling, financial forecasting and competitive analysis
• Participate in business conversations with key decision makers internally and externally, act as a product business ambassador, advocate, and collaborator across the organisation and strategic partners

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in developing and commercialising payment card products in EU
• Experience in the financial services, payments and crypto industry
• Understanding of product development concepts and practices across the product development life cycle
• Demonstrated success in generating, structuring, evaluating, and commercialising innovative ideas within an organisation
• Able to build relationships and delivering results with global, multi-cultural and remote project teams
• A strong understanding of the payments industry in a B2B2C ecosystem
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in the digital payments, cards and virtual assets sectors for EEA, UK markets
• Excellent writing and presentation skills, extensive experience in communicating in international environment at senior management level.
