Job summary

CLIMEWORKS AG is seeking a Filtration Module Product Owner to drive the development of sorbent modules from TRL3 to TRL6 and steer lifecycle from design to end-of-life. You will balance performance, manufacturability and scalability while partnering with in-house and external teams in a global engineering environment.

The role requires a mechanical engineering background, 5+ years in product development, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; 5+ years in product development or mechanical design.
• Experience with material selection, DfMA, DfM, and DfE; basic understanding of chemical processes and energy/productivity trade-offs.
• Proven track record in leading development projects from concept to delivery with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong problem solving and innovation focus in sustainable tech and early-stage R&D.
• Excellent collaboration and communication across multidisciplinary teams; IP-sensitive collaborations.
• Fluent in English; available 80–100% and willing to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Product Development Ownership: own development of sorbent modules from TRL3 to TRL6.
• Lifecycle Management: lead lifecycle through product launch, service, and end-of-life.
• Validation & Industrialization: coordinate validation, production, testing, and industrialization.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with internal teams and external partners.
• Prototype Fabrication & Testing: support fabrication and experiments to validate concepts.
• Continuous Improvement: identify opportunities to improve performance, manufacturability and cost.
