Job summary

Code Compass is seeking an experienced Product Owner to bridge clients and software developers within a Scrum team in Switzerland. You will take ownership of requirements, translate customer needs into user stories, and help ensure projects are delivered on time, with quality and within budget.

You will also handle project management activities, stakeholder communication and present new features directly to customers, while maintaining strong customer-facing relations and a solution-oriented

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in Business Analysis and/or Requirements Engineering.
• Experience as a Scrum Product Owner.
• Strong experience in Agile Software Development environments.
• University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or related field.
• Further training in Requirements Engineering.
• Experience managing software projects, budgets and risks.
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management experience.
• Structured, analytical and solution-oriented approach.
