Job summary

FFI Advisory GmbH in Switzerland is seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead a global agile team delivering end-to-end Accounting, Controlling, Treasury, Tax, and Travel Management solutions in a SAFe environment.

You will own the backlog, write clear user stories with acceptance criteria, and align stakeholders to drive value while ensuring compliance and security. Proficiency in English and German and SAP FI/CO expertise are essential.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience as a Product Owner in a finance environment with strong SAP FI/CO knowledge.
Proven leadership in agile environments (e.g. SAFe, backlog & requirements management, Azure DevOps).
Strong communication skills in English and German, able to align stakeholders without formal authority.

Responsibilities

Lead a global agile team to develop end-to-end solutions for Accounting, Controlling, Treasury, Tax and Travel Management.
Deliver continuous value in a SAFe environment with clear OKRs and measurable outcomes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and design value-adding solutions.
Own, maintain, and prioritize the team backlog.
Create user stories with acceptance criteria and non-functional requirements.
Support PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt, ensuring compliance and security.
Advise business partners to enable valuable products and services.
Ensure a smooth transition between development and operations and manage interfaces.
