Qualifications

• 3+ years of client servicing and product management experience.
• Hands-on technical fluency; prototype in code.
• Experience building internal tools, CRMs, or workflow platforms.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience in high-performing environments demanding precision.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmaps for internal products.
• Prototype with precision and communicate design decisions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, and Business teams to deliver scalable products.
• Instrument KPIs and track adoption; iterate based on performance.
• Drive data-driven decisions across the org.
