Swissquote Bank is seeking a Product Manager for Client Management & AI to shape the product strategy for how we interact with clients. You will drive personalization, communications, and lifecycle messaging to create a seamless, engaging client journey, while leading AI initiatives across Banking & Wealth products, including AI agents and generative AI.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Customer Success or similar preferably in fintech or banking.

Aufgaben

• Own the product vision for client management capabilities.
• Define and improve how clients receive product communications, notifications, and lifecycle messaging.
• Design personalized client experiences based on profiles, behaviors, and preferences (Recommendations engine).
• Identify opportunities to increase product adoption through contextual cross-selling and in-app recommendations.
• Gather client feedback and usage insights to continuously improve client experiences and prioritize enhancements.
• Collaborate with UX Research, Marketing and Customer Insights to ensure consistent client interactions.
