Swiss AviationSoftware Ltd. seeks a senior product leader to unite two existing product teams (AMOSeTL and AVIATAR TechLog) into one high-performing cross-functional organization.

You will establish a shared product vision, define priorities, and build a coherent customer and delivery experience across the platforms. The role requires leading teams with strong aviation domain knowledge, deep product ownership experience, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of product teams and experience transforming teams/operating models.
• Several years in digital product ownership/management for mission-critical products; aviation exp. preferred.
• Understanding of aviation regulatory frameworks (EASA/FAA) is a plus.
• Strong commercial acumen (P&L, business cases, pricing, partner contracts).
• Excellent English skills (written/spoken); German a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and develop two existing product teams (AMOSeTL & AVIATAR TechLog).
• Organize teams into one integrated cross-functional organization with clear roles and interfaces.
• Build a trust-based culture through empathetic leadership and transparent communication.
• Establish a common product vision, aligned ways of working, and decision mechanisms.
• Shape a shared strategic roadmap that aligns priorities and customer delivery.
• Monitor market trends and translate insights into priorities and decisions.
