SWISS Aviation Software, a 100% subsidiary of Lufthansa Technik, seeks a Product Lead Electronic Technical Logbook (eTL) to drive two existing teams and unify them into a single, high-performing cross-functional organization. The role focuses on vision, strategy, and decision frameworks balancing speed, safety, and quality.

You will monitor aviation regulation trends and market dynamics to shape a coherent customer experience and agile delivery roadmap for mission-critical aviation software

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Aviation Management, Business Administration, or comparable field.
• Proven leadership of product teams and experience in transforming teams and operating models.
• Several years of experience in digital product ownership/management for mission-critical products; aviation experience preferred.
• Understanding of aviation regulatory frameworks (e.g., EASA/FAA) and airline operational processes is a plus.
• Strong commercial acumen (P&L ownership, business case creation, pricing, partner contracts).
• Excellent English skills (written/spoken); German is a plus.

• Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics; translate insights into priorities and decisions.
