Zusammenfassung

Bioscibex is seeking a Product Industrialization Manager in Switzerland to drive industrialization, scale-up, and continuous improvement of our single-use bioreactor-incubator platform. You will bridge R&D, contract manufacturers, suppliers, software engineers, Quality and customers, turning technical challenges into robust product solutions.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in product development, industrialization, new product introduction, or manufacturing engineering.
• Experience working with hardware products, external manufacturers and suppliers.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills with a practical, hands-on mindset.
• Fluent in English; French and German are a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

Aufgaben

• Lead product industrialization and manufacturing-readiness activities.
• Coordinate contract manufacturers, suppliers and internal technical teams.
• Improve the product for manufacturability, reliability, usability and serviceability.
• Manage technical interfaces between hardware, single-use consumables and software.
• Define and maintain manufacturing specifications, BOMs, assembly instructions and test procedures.
• Coordinate product verification, validation and production-readiness activities.
• Investigate technical and manufacturing issues and drive corrective actions.
• Participate in hands-on prototyping, assembly, testing and problem-solving activities.
• Gather customer feedback and translate it into product improvement opportunities.
• Work closely with Quality on risk management, change control and product documentation.
• Support continuous product improvement and manufacturing scale-up.

Key Responsibilities

Profile

• Engineering degree in mechanical, mechatronics, biomedical, industrial engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product development, industrialization, new product introduction, or manufacturing engineering.
• Experience working with hardware products, external manufacturers and suppliers.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills combined with a practical, hands-on mindset.
• Comfortable coordinating multidisciplinary teams and driving projects forward.
• Experience in life sciences, laboratory equipment, medtech, biotechnology or single-use systems is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in English; French and German are a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time, mainly to suppliers, manufacturing partners and customers.
