Hexagon’s Infrastructure & Geospatial team invites a Product Manager to shape the future of Leica Total Stations and smart surveying solutions. You will work at the intersection of product development, engineering and customer needs to bring innovative technologies to market and support professionals worldwide.

You will collaborate with international R&D teams, test and validate solutions, and translate customer feedback into product improvements, with a hybrid working model and a focus on

Qualifications

• Educational background in Surveying, Geomatics, Geodesy, or a related field.
• Passion for surveying technology and geospatial solutions.
• Strong analytical mindset with hands-on problem solving.
• Ability to translate complex technical challenges into practical solutions.
• Structured and international work approach.
• Experience with Total Stations, GNSS or related surveying is a plus.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Customer-focused mindset to improve products and UX.
• Interest in applying Artificial Intelligence to testing and data analysis.
• Knowledge of Python, MATLAB or similar tools is a plus.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Shape the future of Leica Total Stations and support technologies used by surveying professionals worldwide.
• Drive product improvements across hardware, software and geodetic accessories through the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with international R&D teams and external partners in an agile environment.
• Test, analyze and validate surveying solutions, sensor technologies and algorithms for quality.
• Interpret market feedback and translate it into product improvements.
• Benchmark competitors and help define future product strategies and innovations.
• Deliver product training and support colleagues across sales and support networks.
