Qualifikationen

• Experience in supplement or nutrition product development.
• Strong understanding of formulation and manufacturing processes.
• Hands-on mindset with the ability to work effectively in a small and agile structure.
• Experience working directly with manufacturing sites and understanding production challenges.
• Creative and solution-oriented profile with a passion for bringing products to market.
• Comfortable managing projects independently and interacting with senior stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end product development from concept and formulation through to commercial launch.
• Manage product development projects across supplements, with a strong focus on gummies and innovative delivery formats.
• Work closely with the scientific team while acting as the operational bridge between R&D and production.
• Coordinate with external manufacturing partners and CDMOs, including scale-up and troubleshooting activities.
• Ensure products meet key formulation requirements including texture, stability, and manufacturability.
• Contribute to product positioning and market fit analysis by assessing competitor products and commercial potential.
• Support the company’s broader growth strategy by demonstrating the value and scalability of the product portfolio.
• Manage timelines, priorities, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-moving environment.
