Biotta, a Swiss organic beverage producer, seeks a Product Manager (80-100%) to position organic products in the market. Based in Tägerwilen, you will lead innovation with development teams for retail, gastronomy and specialist markets, manage product lifecycles, and steer range development through market insights and sales targets.

You will analyze market trends, coordinate cross-functional projects, and ensure budget compliance while contributing to a dynamic SME culture and strong Swiss brand

Qualifikationen

• Degree in business administration, marketing or a comparable field.
• Experience in product management, ideally in food & beverage.

Aufgaben

• Lead innovation projects in collaboration with product development for retail, specialist markets and gastronomy.
• Lifecycle management and strategic development of the range based on performance analyses, market potentials, and sales and margin targets.
• Analyze market, competition, customer and consumer needs and derive successful product concepts.
• Budget compliance and cost control for the responsible ranges.
• Coordinate and manage interdisciplinary teams.
• Participate in organizing and attending trade fairs and events.
